Martin has been in the multi-family construction industry for over 30 years. Below is a sampling of projects he has completed throughout his career, including his time with Trammell Crow Residential.
The Luxe Condominiums is a 180,000 square foot high-rise mixed-use condominium development in Atlanta, Georgia abutting the Western edge of Piedmont Park providing excellent views. Completed in 2009, The Luxe is 22-stories of poured-in-place construction over a parking deck. This property also includes 8,000 square feet of retail space, a clubroom, fitness center, business center, and swimming pool. Fun Fact: The building covers 100% of the site, leaving no staging area outside the footprint
The Phoenix Condominiums is a 20 unit high-rise development located directly across from Sarasota Bay in Sarasota, Florida. The Phoenix is 8-stories of conventionally reinforced poured-in-place concrete with parking below the residential levels. Included in this project is a rooftop amenity deck with swimming pool and fitness center and public beach access to the bay.
Vinings Mountain is a 315,000 square foot development in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed in 2007, this poured-in-place structure atop Cobb’s Vinings Mountain includes 9 stories of living space, 3 stories of parking, a clubroom, fitness center, business center, outdoor amenity deck with dog park, fireplace, and infinity edge pool overlooking the city of Atlanta. Fun Fact: Constructing this project required blasting and removal of 9000 tons of granite up to 1000 feet above sea level.

Two Buckhead Plaza is a 138,368 square foot commercial office building with adjacent 26,416 square feet of retail below a precast parking deck located in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed in 2006, Two Buckhead Plaza is 7-stories of precast and architectural precast concrete construction. Fun Fact: The structure and skin of this building is 100% precast concrete and is a PCI Award Winner.
254 Seven Farms Drive Condominiums is a 300,568 square foot mixed-use condominium development consisting of one and two bedroom units located in Daniel Island, South Carolina. Fun Fact: Originally designed as a rental community, 254 Seven Farms Drive was converted to condominiums due to high demand. All units were sold by lottery prior to completion.
Alexan Buckhead is a 225,971 square foot mixed-use apartment development in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed in 2002, Alexan Buckhead is 4-stories of wood frame construction with metal load bearing wall panels and a poured in place parking deck. This property also includes a clubroom, fitness center, and swimming pool. Fun Fact: A swimming pool was added to this property after construction was complete. The crash wall of the parking deck had to be saw cut to provide access to the courtyard.
Two Buckhead Plaza is a 138,368 square foot commercial office building with adjacent 26,416 square feet of retail below a precast parking deck located in Atlanta, Georgia. Pier View Condominiums is a 261,910 square foot development Daniel Island, South Carolina. Completed in 2008, Pier View Condominiums is 4-stories of wood framed construction over a podium slab with parking below. This property also includes a clubroom, fitness center, business center, swimming pool and bath house. Fun Fact: Through creative value engineering, a subterranean post tension grade beam foundation system was able to be utilized in lieu of deep piles.
The Sanctuary is a 119,282 square foot mid-rise development in Atlanta, overlooking the Chattahoochee River. Completed in 2009, The Sanctuary is 3-stories of wood framed construction over a podium slab with parking below. This property also includes a meeting house with clubroom, fitness center, business center, and 2 swimming pools. Fun fact: Nine unused antiquated office buildings surrounded by asphalt parking lots were raised to create this unique property.
Alexan Henderson Beach is a 364,121 square foot mid-rise apartment development in Destin, Florida. Completed in 2010, Alexan Henderson Beach consists of five 4-story wood framed buildings with surface parking. This property also includes a clubhouse with a clubroom, fitness center, cyber café with coffee bar, conference room, swimming pool, onsite lake and boardwalk. Fun Fact: Interesting Fact: Property is located one block from the Gulf of Mexico and Henderson Beach State Park.
